Terms and conditions

These terms govern any service purchased from Happitos, an IT services brand operated by Bhanu Srivastav (sole proprietor), part of the Infinity Intelligence brand family, registered at 2A/127, Awas Vikas Colony, Harpur, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh 277001, India ("Happitos", "we", "us"). By placing an order or making a payment, you ("client") agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Happitos provides IT services delivered electronically: website design and development, business software, IT infrastructure and support, and AI tools and chatbots. There is no physical product. Every service is scoped in writing — by email or a scope note — before payment is taken, and delivery is against that written scope.

2. Quotes and payment

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices. Final pricing for a specific project is confirmed in writing before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees; international clients may be invoiced the equivalent amount in USD. Happitos is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged or collected.

3. Project process

• Scope call: we agree what is being built, the cost and the timeline, confirmed in writing the same day.
• Build: work proceeds in short passes with a staging link you can review and comment on.
• Launch: we deploy to your domain and hand over analytics, payment integration and access.
• Support: thirty days of fixes are included after launch on every fixed-scope build. Ongoing work after that is available as a monthly retainer.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access and feedback needed to complete the project on schedule, and to respond to review requests in reasonable time. Delays caused by missing content or slow feedback may extend the delivery date.

5. Revisions and scope changes

Each fixed-scope build includes revisions during the build phase as agreed in the scope note. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start work on them.

6. Intellectual property

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the custom code, design and content we create for you transfers to you. We may keep and reuse general-purpose components, libraries and know-how that are not specific to your project. Where third-party assets (fonts, icon sets, libraries) are used, they remain subject to their own licences.

7. Cancellation and refunds

8. Limitation of liability

Happitos will deliver services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.

9. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways or APIs. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by those third parties.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
